iBlocks
The story of iBlocks, as told by: Vivian Hope, Science Teacher*

Where do I start? The pioneer year of our autonomous car iBlock is complete, and it was a resounding success. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Yes, we were really gratified to see a bump in test scores for the students that participated – but that was just an added bonus. What we were happiest to see was the level of student engagement, and the quality of their input and involvement in the entire experience. I think all the students would agree that the iBlock experience ended their Mulberry Middle School careers on a high note. I’m not going to lie – I cried when they graduated, even though they were all going to the high school around the block.

You’ve just read the grand finale, but did you miss the earlier installments of the story? Check out Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3!

*This is a work of fiction that tells the story of iBlocks and how they could function in a school and impact student outcomes.

An iBlock (or instructional block) is a unique learning pathway that’s custom-built for your students. Together, we’ll create an iBlock that enables your students to explore, invent, and build the 21st century skills they need to be successful in their academic and professional careers.
